PlantSense features water-resistant electronics sealed in the housing, and the capacitive probes carry no current through the soil so they don't corrode — making it safe for daily watering routines indoors and out. Use it on patios, in greenhouses, or beside garden beds.
The shell is sealed with O-rings against splashes and rain, downpours included. It isn't made to go under water, so keep it out of standing water.
